Brain Break is a quiet companion for long work sessions. It sits in your notification area and, every 30, 60 or 90 minutes, shows one gentle Windows notification inviting you to a 2-minute brain game. Click it, play a quick game of attention, memory or mental maths, and get back to work refreshed. It's built never to be intrusive: it never opens a window by itself, so you choose when to take the break; it only invites you inside your hours (for example 9:00 to 17:30) and can stay quiet on weekends; it stays silent while you present, play full screen or use Do not disturb; and you can snooze 15 or 30 minutes, skip a break or pause for the rest of the day from the window or the tray menu. Focus streaks count the days you take at least one break, with breaks per day and per week. There are 28 short games from Mind Skills Arcade, including Reaction Time, Stroop Test, Flanker, Digit Span, Speed Math, Visual Search and Lights Out, and a two-minute timer ends each break for you. No ads, no account and no internet needed.
