Most Apps Don't Have Accounts
The majority of our apps and web tools do not require sign-in and do not store your data on our servers. For those apps, all data lives on your device. To delete it, simply uninstall the app or clear the website's data in your browser settings.
If You Have an Account
For any app or website where you created an account (now or in the future), you can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data by emailing us:
Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Please include in your email:
- The app or website name
- The email address associated with your account
- Confirmation that you want all account data deleted
What Gets Deleted
- Your account record (email, display name, hashed password)
- Any cloud-synced content you created in the app
- Preferences and settings tied to your account
- Support correspondence on request
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited information where required by law (e.g., tax or fraud records) or in anonymized/aggregated form that cannot identify you. Backups are purged on a rolling 30-day cycle.
Response Time
We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing.
