About Estimate Template & Invoices for Windows

Estimate Template & Invoices is an estimate maker and invoice generator for Windows. Create a professional estimate or quote in a minute, send it as a PDF with your logo, then turn it into an invoice with one click when you win the job and track every payment until it's paid. Line items take a description, quantity, unit and price, with a percentage or fixed discount and a sales tax, VAT or GST rate applied only to the lines you tick. Estimates carry a valid-until date, notes, terms and a signature line, and move from draft to sent, accepted or declined. Invoices get automatic numbers with your own prefix, due dates from your payment terms, overdue flags, and full or partial payments by cash, card, check, bank transfer or PayPal. The dashboard shows what's outstanding, overdue and paid in the last 30 days, with a six-month billed versus paid chart. Your data stays on your PC: no sign-up, no cloud account, no ads, and a backup file you can restore on another computer. It is the Windows edition of our Estimate Template & Invoices app.
