What it does
Trade and bulk buyers want a price before they buy. Quotewell adds a Request a quote button to product pages and a quote cart where buyers gather several items and send one request. You see every request in the admin, adjust prices, add a discount, a valid-until date and notes, and download a quote PDF. One click turns the quote into a Shopify draft order and Shopify emails the buyer an invoice with a checkout link. Quotes move from new to quoted to accepted or expired.

Can buyers request a quote for several products at once?
Yes. The quote cart collects several products and quantities, and the buyer sends one request with their contact details and notes.
How does the buyer pay?
One click turns the quote into a Shopify draft order, and Shopify emails the buyer an invoice with a checkout link. Payment, taxes and fulfilment run through Shopify as normal.
Can I hide prices or use it for wholesale only?
Quotewell adds a quote button next to your normal buy flow; buyers can still purchase at list price. For tiered wholesale prices on the storefront, see Tierwise.
What buyer data does it store?
The name, email and any details the buyer types into the quote request, so you can reply and invoice them. Nothing else, and it's deleted on Shopify's redact requests.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes, with Online Store 2.0 themes: a quote cart app embed plus a Request a quote button block for the product template.
How much does it cost?
Free for 10 quote requests a month. Pro is $12.99/month for 200 requests and no Quotewell footer on PDFs; Plus is $29.99/month for unlimited requests and CSV export. Paid plans have a 7-day free trial.
