1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms (Apple App Store EULA or Google Play Terms).
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
- Scrape, harvest, or mass-download content without permission.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Services.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
5. Calculators, Tools & Estimates
Our calculators (roofing, fencing, mileage, currency, conversions, etc.) and templates (quotes, invoices, spreadsheets) are provided as informational estimates only. They are not professional, legal, financial, tax, or construction advice. Always verify critical calculations with a qualified professional. We are not responsible for decisions made based on these tools.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create, enter, or upload using our Services (quotes, notes, sheets, calculations, etc.). You are solely responsible for that content and for keeping your own backups.
7. Third-Party Services and Ads
Some Services display advertising or link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your interactions with advertisers and third parties are solely between you and them.
7a. YouTube Content
We publish videos on YouTube and use YouTube API Services to upload and manage our own videos. By watching or interacting with our YouTube content you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See our Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All app names, logos, text, graphics, and software are owned by Dixon App Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIXON APP STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF NOTHING WAS PAID).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dixon App Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
13. App Store Terms
If you obtained a mobile app via the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to those stores' terms. For Apple apps, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will revise the "Last updated" date above.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Dixon App Studio operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
